The Groove Lab is a dance crew and collective based in Birmingham & Milton Keynes, formed in 2025.

 

We believe dance is a language — regardless of style. It’s a way to tell stories, shape culture, and connect people.

 

Our members come from different backgrounds, and we welcome dancers across genres and training paths. We’re drawn to what happens when styles meet — contrast, collision, and a new kind of clarity. This approach allows us to create original, layered work with depth.

 

Starting in 2026, we’ll begin sharing our stories across platforms — through training, process, and performance.
