The Groove Lab is a dance team and collective based between Birmingham and Milton Keynes, formed in 2025.
Our members come from different dance backgrounds.
When styles meet, we don’t separate them — we blend, collide, and build something new. Our all-styles approach creates bold, original work with depth.
